Account deletion

Users can request deletion of their MyPet Booklet account and associated app data.

Data deletion without deleting account

Users can request deletion of selected app data without deleting their full account, including pet profiles, pet photos, pet records, reminders, and notes.

How to request deletion

To request account deletion, email MyPetBooklet@icloud.com with the subject line: Account deletion request.

To request deletion of selected data, email MyPetBooklet@icloud.com with the subject line: Data deletion request.

Please include the email address used for your MyPet Booklet account and specify whether you want full account deletion or selected data deletion.

What data is deleted

When a deletion request is processed, we delete the user account and associated app data where applicable, including pet profiles, pet records, reminders, notes, and uploaded pet photos.

Data that may be retained

Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or platform compliance reasons.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
